Terms & Conditions


  • As we prepare your orders fresh every morning, our daily delivery window will be between 1pm – 8pm.
  • If you have specified a time for your orders to be delivered (within our delivery window), we will try our best to fulfill it. 
  • Change of delivery date or address has to be made at least 3 days prior through our official email info@bomsnbuns.com
  • Change of delivery timing has to be made at least 3 days prior delivery date and customer’s request has to fall within our delivery window. 
  • There will be a surcharge of $20 for any request outside our delivery window.

As hospitals & hotels have tight restrictions on delivery drop offs, please kindly arrange to pick up at concierge or lobby when driver arrives.


All orders are final. We do not offer refunds for any cancellation made after payment has been successfully processed. 

Self Pick - up

Collection at outlet will be within outlet operating hours.


*Request for special notes will only be fulfilled if gift card is purchased. Notes have to be less than 20 characters.
